But until you have a full understanding, it can sometimes feel like you’re drowning.

For so long I struggled with my gift, not understanding it and withdrawing. I was even diagnosed with a mood disorder because the lack of control was so severe I displayed traits of Bipolar disorder, and gained myself a diagnosis of Bipolar II in college. For years I lived under this, until someone recognized my gift and helped me to understand. Fast forward through years of work on myself, and my “symptoms” are basically gone because I understand now what was happening, what I’m capable of, and how to protect myself from absorbing EVERYTHING around me!

This is what inspired me to build this e-course! I know there are so many other incredibly gifted empaths out there that need love and guidance to understand themselves and fully embody their gift! If this is you, this is exactly where you belong!
