I’m a licensed counselor with 8 years experience, as well as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, with additional experience & training in Intuitive Coaching, Business Coaching, Trauma Healing, Energy Healing & Work (Shadow Work, Ancestral Lineage Clearing, and more!), as well as a Certified Reiki Master & Crystal Healer so coaching with me is a whole-body combination approach of life, health & intuitive coaching!

8 Bi-weekly 60-minute one-on-one Coaching Sessions via Zoom
4 Monthly 30-minute Reiki Healing Sessions via Zoom
- Distance or In-Person based on availability
Additional daily support via Voxer or Marco Polo M-F 11am-8pm EST
A shared Trello board where session notes, recordings, resources, etc will be uploaded for you to have access to forever
Free access to online group programs that run during our time together*
- With the exception of high level masterminds – you will be eligible for a discount if interested!
