- 💜This mini course will run for 2 weeks, starting April 8th! (Enrollment will be open the whole time, as you will have access to the daily trainings FOREVER! So it’s never to late to get yourself in)
- 💃🏻We’ll be hanging out together in a private Facebook group!
- 💜There will be daily 5-10 minute live videos (short and sweet, not looking to overwhelm you!) with tangible techniques, teaching, and tips for you to easily start to incorporate into your life to make BIG shifts!
- 💃🏻We’ll all come together on Wednesday 4/22 for a group call on Zoom (time TBD based on group availability) to bring it all together!
- 💜You will be matched up with an accountability buddy (if you want! Optional) to help support each other throughout the course
